About Couples Therapy

Couples therapy can be beneficial to help partner’s improve their communication and to resolve conflict. Many couples wait until the relationship is in trouble to start counselling but it can be helpful to open up critical conversations before things become dire. It can also be helpful to do pre-marital therapy and explore some of your individual beliefs about important topics.

Our team has been trained to address various relationship issues, including parenting, finances, sexual challenges, emotional intimacy, separation and divorce, co-parenting after a separation, use of porn, and sexuality after loss of traumatic events.

We offer integrative approaches that are validated to help couples who are experiencing difficulties in their relationships.
